Seasons Gatcha - Winter is going on now til January 28th. These are just three of the many designers participating in the event.

Caroline's brings Bakelite Bangles in 6 colors with a winter theme. For just L$50 a play you get the left and right arm bangle. Transfer so that you can trade them with friends.

Doppelganger introduces The Milla Pouch to their line. This is a leather clutch that comes in 36 colors and a mystery pattern. Incredible low price of L$20 a play. Transferable for trading duplicates.

Ingenue has new mesh boots in 10 colors. The Abrial Boots are only L$95 a play, and are modify/transfer.

Winter Seasons Gatcha starts January 14 and runs through January 28. Caroline's has made Bakelite Bangles in Blues, Greens, Yellows, and Oranges with a winter theme that will bring added style to your outfit. You receive one set of six per try. Bangles for the right and left arms are provided. Though it is not necessary to wear them both at the same time.

Trade them with friends to get all of the colors.

January 1-8, 2012

This year's theme for Etheria is "Painted Ladies of the Old West." Mouse Mimistrobell and Kesseret Steeplechase have invited a few jewelers to participate in this event. The jewelers in turn invite a clothing designer to collaborate on an outfit. Most of the time the clothing is chosen first, and then a piece of jewelry is selected to go with. With this event the jewelry is chosen first, and the clothing to finish. Painted ladies of the old west were also known as fallen frails and soiled doves, among other names.

Caroline's Jewelry has chosen Anessa Stine of DCNY to collaborate with in Etheria. The jewelry consists of many chain links draping down from a choker necklace. Beads dangle from the delicate piece. Matching earrings in chandelier style compliment the necklace by consisting of many beads held together by chain links.

The clothing is called Feathered Lady. Appropriate to the them, the lower half of the outfit is made of feathers, a corset on top that is tied in the back, and long black stockings with a back seam.

You can find these in Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby, and Black.

I am leaving town before Etheria opens, but I'm sure you will get the LM from one of the other amazing designers.

I have made a necklace of pearls from large to small, and with tiny little dainty pearls perched atop the fancy bead caps. You can only pick this up at the Four Corners event which opens on December 17th and closes on the 31st.

For December the designers in Collabor88 get to bring a prom date. I was so thrilled when Betty Doyle asked me!! The theme was totally not what I am used to making. But, I wanted to stick to it. After all, I am a guest. The theme is Winter's Edge. Haute Punk. And the colors are in the gems necklace. I think I pulled it off. What do you think?

Luna Jubilee has done so much for the fashion community that we are showing her our appreciation with a Rainbow themed fashion picture. The conclusion of 52 weeks of color was recently. I find it amazing that Luna made a 52 week challenge and posted every single week! A lot of you joined in with her. Committing to something weekly is quite the challenge. I didn't participate in the challenge because, quite honestly, I am too lazy. But, I do appreciate Luna Jubilee. Thank you Luna for everything that you do!

Not all of the rings are scripted alike. Some of the rings have color change side stones and metal choices. I'll be showing them off for the next week.

Today I am showing a ring set that comes with and without the wedding band attached. The center diamond is available in Princess, Marquise, Brilliant, and Cushion cuts. The pear shaped side stones add volume and have color choices by menu. All rings are equipped with a resizer. I am doing limited custom work. Please visit the store for details.

Apparently my item for sale at the Call for Couture had a bug and was unset for sale. I went and fixed it! Don't forget to bid on the Limited Edition set also. The image on the left is the auction item, and the image on the right is for sale.

The white pearl necklace is adorned with elegant gemstone butterflies. To add a dainty touch to the piece a pink ribbon was tied to the strand. The earrings continue the theme with small pearls and a delicate little butterfly. The cutest ring with a butterfly landing on a pearl compliments the set.

The Limited Edition is also color change scripted for the ring and earrings.

I have a new store build and wanted to show it off. If you really look at it you'll see that it is pretty much the same build. The color is changed and the third floor is gone. I think it looks 100% better. I've also added a deck and a beach out back. I'm still working on the rest of the sim. I want to add back some rental shops. Teleport to see it.

I also wanted to show off this cute new babydoll dress by 5th & Oxford. Comes in 6 colors. Cornflower, Cocoa (worn), Nude, Lavender, Rose, & Sage. I had to attach my necklace to the skirt since it is chest attached. The skirt has pearl buttons down the back or the option to not have them at all.

Today the Etheria Fashion Show & Event opens. Here you will find collaborative works of 5 jewelers and their choice of clothing designer. For my store I have made a statement piece. Carlotta Jewelry Sets include a matching necklace, earrings, and ring. These are available in a diamond, onyx, or variety set. The necklace and ring have a 1 script resizer, plus a bright on/off effect. All scripts can be removed for future scripting limits. Although they use very low script time.

The designer I chose is Betty Doyle of Ingenue. I absolutely love her classy style. Betty created the Valdez gown which comes in a variety of colors. I am showing it off in black here with her Freynii shoes.

The idea to make these necklaces came to me after seeing images with necklaces defying gravity. Every thing in the picture would be perfect and then the necklace would go left, right, or through the body.

Did you ever wonder what a jeweler would like to SEE with their creations - to have a designer make an outfit that is designed to go with their creation, instead of the other way around? What do jewelers dream about?

I am pleased to annouce that I will be participating in Etheria. The designer I chose to work with is Betty Doyle of Ingenue. Her clothes are so classy and stylish. I love the vintage look of them all. Her outfits and my jewelry always go very well together.

Ingenue's Lilium Limited Edition Valentine's Pack shoes are today's SLDD. Don't you just love the colors! Betty has been doing such a wonderful job with her shoes. I love them all. But these are my favorite and I couldn't wait to have them. There will only ever be 100 sets of this Lilium shoe color combo. Today they are L$525 if you get them through the SLDD special. The Lilium shoes are resizeable, but that wasn't necessary for me at all. Most of us have learned to make our feet size 0.
