My good friend LisaHot Juran has offered me to be the first person displaying on her new plots in Miramare. Oddly enough these were the plots where Caroline's Jewelry stood from 2004-2008. She has two plots that she will rent monthly for creators to do a "window display" type of build. Since Christmas is coming I chose a snowy theme. I had Lisa put an ice rink on the second plot. This is a pretty good idea, and the area has high traffic. So many people tell me they found me because I was one of the first places they shopped upon coming to SL>

Come by Seasons Change. I have hidden a ring in the display for you to find. It is in a weee tiny little itty bitty box! You can sit inside or on top of the life sized picture frame, Make snow angels under the tree, Ride a dog sled, Or go ice skating!

DiVAS Halloween Special

The DiVAS Halloween Special airs tonight in SecondLife at 7pm SLT. You can watch it at several parties including mine. Make sure your quicktime is updated. If you don't know what DiVAS is you can check it out here. The Halloween Bash starts at 6pm SLT with DJ Madame Maracas from RadioRadio and lasts til 9pm (or later). Prizes for the Best, Scariest, and Funniest costumes.

Grid Wide Hunt

Caroline's Jewelry is participating in the Ghost Busters Grid Wide Hunt. You will find a ghost in my store with a cute little Halloween Pumpkin Necklace inside. A lil black kitteh sits atop the pumpkin watch waiting for halloween. There is a sign next to it that explains where to start and how to play. I heard over 100 creators are participating! wow!

My 5th Rezday was yesterday, please feel free to drop gifts on me :p It's so weird because when I started back in 2003 I thought that I'd only be here for 2 weeks. Who knew!

New products at Caroline's Jewelry.

Broken Pearl Necklace and Ring in Black Pearl or White Pearl. This lovely strand of pearls is broken on the ends and hanging down in front. As if it had just broken and the pearls have fallen to the floor.

Enamel Gold & Diamond Bangles in various enamel colors. Blue, Green, Brown, Black, Cranberry, and Orange. In gold & silver for the group gift.

Remade jewelry from the past. In 2005 I released a Tiffany Inspired Charm Necklace, this has been updated and is available in Gold or Silver. In 2006 the Timeless Necklace came in Gold or Silver. The pendant is now larger, the chain updated, and besides the usual color change it also has Assorted as an option.

Pearls & Diamonds Flower earrings and ring. Available in White or Black Pearl on Gold or Silver metal. The diamonds surround the pearl to form a flower. Stunning, delicate and beautiful.


Feather Boas are fun, sexy, and sometimes daring! This boa is color change on touch. If you came to my Masquerade Ball you were able to get this for free, but now it is available to everyone. And only 100L.


Finally, I got a lucky chair installed! This contains the Broken Pearl Necklace in both White and Black. The necklace is scripted to move from fixed to broken on touch. You cannot buy the scripted version. The lucky chair is located straight outside the door of the store.

(Caroline's) Charming Anklets

I haven't made very many anklets at all in my almost 5 years of SL. Each of these anklets were made prim by prim, not by a prim rezzer. This way the prims aren't just in a circle around your ankle but lay more naturally, a little lower on each side of the foot. The chain that makes up the anklet is color change on command. Hanging from the anklet can be one of 11 different charms. You are sure to find one to fit your style at Caroline's Jewelry on the sim Lo Lo.

I have toes!

First let me say, I am not a reviewer of any sort. But, I Have to share with you that I have toes! New pretty shiny toes! I even have a toe ring! I saw these shoes on Encore Mayne (she blogged them too) when she was visiting the other day, and I immediately had to have some. This might be old news to some of you, they've been out since around June. But nobody that I know has seen them yet. So let me share. The shoes are from J's MainShop in TSUKISHIMA. One pair was 350L and the other 400L. You can change the polish from just a few choices, wear a toe ring on either or both feet and choose from two designs, and change the skin color. All done with an easy to use menu. There are only a few shoes to choose from in a variety of colors. They are a definitely a must have. You'll find the shoes in the back of his store. Though they need to be right upfront.

I made one last thing for SLRFL. This is a silver chain necklace with a Heart & Ribbon Charm on it. It is only 100L too! You can find it in a RFL kiosk in my store "Caroline's Jewelry" on the sim Lo Lo or visit the DIS RFL campsite this Saturday & Sunday on the Heroes 9 sim.

Ladybug Collection

The wings of the Ladybug necklace opens and closes on touch. The wings can be changed from dots/gold/silver, the trim black/gold/silver, and the watch face flowers/gold/silver!
The chain comes in either gold or silver. The watch tells SL (pst) time.

The earrings are little ladybugs and the ring is a yellow flower with a cute little ladybug in the center.

Fishing Tournament

This has nothing to do with fashion, other than you will have lots of money to shop if you win, but my blog is picked up on fashionplanet. So do forgive me for that. Besides, you might catch a new bikini :p

Fishing Tournament using 7Seas fishing poles will be held Saturday, July 5, 2008 from 7am - 11am SLT. Yes, that is four hours but it's for $5,000L!! Event is hosted by N71 Aeon and Caroline's Jewelry. Hope you can make it!

(Caroline's) RFL Fairy Flower Faberge Egg

(Caroline's) RFL 2008 Fairy Flower Faberge Egg & Jewelry.
The first RFL Faberge Egg was created as an exclusive item in 2006. It was the Pink Bliss Faberge Egg and came with a custom set of jewelry. The person who purchased this particular one-of-a-kind has asked me to re-release the egg. As it is a one of a kind and RFL auction item I didn't think it would be fair to release an exact duplicate. I have decided that for each RFL year I will use the same egg decor with a different color scheme. The jewelry will either be in a new color or totally recreated for each year. No two years will ever have the same exact RFL Faberge Egg & Jewelry.

For 2008 the RFL Faberge Egg is a dark tint purple with silver decorations. On touch the egg opens to reveal a basket of purple flowers. A dainty fairy can be seen fluttering all around the flowers.

The jewelry for this set is a Fairy Flower Necklace, comprised of 203 delicately placed prims. The flowers on the necklace are the same color purple as the egg with green leaves flowing around the neckline. Tiny purple flowers for earrings match the necklace to complete the look.

Designers in Seclusion RFL Prom!

Prom Date has been moved to June 14 & 15

The Designers in Seclusion Relay for Life team is proud to announce the Prom! What? You hate the Prom? No problem! There's a Prom Crashers Party, too!

Dates and times: Saturday, May 17 from 3pm to 7pm SLT
&
Sunday May 18 from 5pm to 9pm SLT.

Location: Skin City (99, 105, 586)

There will be live music, fabulous DJ'ing, dancing, and more encompassing four islands.

Scheduled to perform on Saturday night are Maximillion Kleene and srv4u Conacher. Scheduled for Sunday night are Jano Runo and Dann Numbers. Mixing it all together both nights will be Gwen Carillon. The music will be broadcast across the four regions.

Each night there will also be a very special, one-of-a-kind auction for the Prom King & Queen crowns and the Prom Crashers Party King & Queen crowns! The crowns will go to the highest bidder, and all bids will be paid directly to Relay for Life.

Only 80 pairs of tickets for each night will be available for a donation of 1500L$ per pair. Tickets are good only for the date specified. You will only be able to attend on the night stated on your ticket.

Boutonnières and corsages will be available for donations beginning May 15 at the Designers in Seclusion RFL store located in Callatropia at: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Callatropia/184/49/24/ and will also be available at the event both nights.

(Caroline's) Lots of New Jewelry and a New Store

I hope you didn't miss the party last night! So many of you came and I thank you all for being such wonderful company! DJ Madame Maracas streamed the tunes, and FACES Models showed off the jewelry. Paparazzi pictures on flickr. If you did miss the party then do stop by to see the new build filled with several new jewelry items. Some are available in either Gold or Silver. The Pearl Necklace that goes down the back comes in either White or Black Pearl. There is also a set for SLRFL that you will definitely want to come by and pick up. During the party there was a robbery! Oh no! It seems as if someone had stolen the party gifts, his and hers black and white diamond rings. Luckily I had a feeling something like this would happen so I had a detective on hand. After questioning the guests the culprit got scared and tried to run! But Detective Manray chased him and the gifts were returned! Read about it here. Some of you were just hilarious with your responses.
