Let's Do Lunch

One of my most favorite cafes in SecondLife is Cafe Green Gables. Upon seeing it you will instantly get that warm home like feeling. Greeting you on the steps are a fox and jack dog. BeBe and Jean have spent so much time in the attention to detail with placing items inside and out. You'll find plates of dinner on the tables for a nice date or lunch with a friend. And on the counter are my favorite -tb- Cuppie Teacups.




The bunny and heart sugar cookies are two of my new favorite things that I've recently put inside of my bakery. Laura Leandros of .llama. has been creating some super cute mesh items. The heart sugar cookie tray gives out wearable cookies. These items are adorable and really inexpensive. A sweet Valentine gift. For now you can only find them on Marketplace.

I picked up some super cute things for the Lo Lo Bakery at Mingle!

Halloweenies

*mishmish* has made some super cute things for halloween! The Wicked Witch, Scared Ghost, and Pooky the Bat are hanging out at the {what next} Cocoa-On-The-Go Cart scaring the customers away! Don't let them fool you though, they are too adorable to be scary! You can wear these and they'll hover over your shoulder. Touch them and see what they have to say. Pop on over to Lo Lo and grab a cup of hot cocoa if you dare!

Halloween Treats

Lately the cupcakes and other treats being released in SecondLife have been so irresistible. They are my favorite things to collect (along with cats). The Schadenfreude Chibi Cats (Pumpkin and Batcat) from The Arcade are guarding my PILOT Candy Sticks in Orange/Black. Take one if you dare! O.M.E.N. recently celebrated his one year anniversary. He says that his store started with a gacha, so for his one year celebration he made a super cute halloween gacha. It is filled with cupcakes, candy jars, drinks, cake keepers, and such. Also haunting my bakery are adorable pumpkins from +Half-Deer+. You can only get these from the RMK Halloween Hunt. Come enjoy a cupcake with me at my bakery on Lo Lo!

Caroline's Cupcakes Nail Polish Huds

I started SecondLife on October 23, 2003 in the sim of Tan. I met several inspirational avatars in that old sim. They taught me so much and encouraged me throughout my first years. A decade later and I am still here. This is because of those avatars I met in Tan, the new avatars that I have met along the way, and SecondLife's tools that allow me to create and decorate. I have made you cupcake nail polishes to celebrate this milestone! I LOVE cupcakes IRL and ISL. Hope you do, too! Yes, these are free for a limited time! Thank you for keeping me around all of this time!

Caroline's for MySecondBox

Caroline's is participating in MySecondBox for August. The item I have made for MySecondBox is a delicate chain necklace with a subtle flower and two dangling leaves coming from it. You receive matching earrings and ring. This item will only be available to the MySecondBox - Women group until September 1st. Then you will find more color variations of this set at the main store of Caroline's Jewelry. The Sweet set is an addition to the flower collection at Caroline's Jewelry. MySecondBox is based off the monthly sample subscription boxes you receive in real life, where you pay a monthly subscription fee then receive monthly exclusive samples.
Currently the program is based through a Second Life group but we are working towards a scripted version that will utilize a web server, email transactions, and a kiosk/wallet system.
How it works:

From the 1st of the month until the 28/29th of the month the group is open enrollment with a 300L fee to join. During that month 5 designers from the 15 designer pool will send out samples to the group.

Caroline's Jewely has two new collections at Vintage Fair 2012. This one shown is from the Dreams Collection. It is available in Cream, Black, and Pink. The necklace strand has tiny pearls along the chain. And the pendant is a gorgeous flower with a pearl center. This set comes with a matching ring. This cute necklace is available in gold and silver. It has a single bird flying away from its cage. Perhaps it has been set free, is escaping, or simply enjoying the flight. I saw a tattoo similar to this that was my inspiration. The tattoo, however, has several birds flying away. I think it is really lovely. Hope you like it, too.
