Caroline's Pose Pearls Set Three. These are poses made to wear while in a laying position. The pearls were created to work with these specific poses, but they will work with other poses too. Jewelry should look natural in pictures. Most necklaces are made to follow the torso down. When you lay they go left or right and sometimes in your chest. Caroline's Pose Pearls won't.

Yesterday I showed you my new pose pearls set one. Today I'm showing off set two.

The idea is to have necklaces that work with poses while laying down. So they aren't sticking in your body or defying gravity. Instead it should be hanging naturally.

The idea to make these necklaces came to me after seeing images with necklaces defying gravity. Every thing in the picture would be perfect and then the necklace would go left, right, or through the body.

Pose Pearls includes necklaces and poses made to work with each other for photos. Right now there are three sets, and I have more in the works.

Jewelry designers in Second Life frequently build dream creations to go with the fabulous creations of Clothing designers. Did you ever wonder what a jeweler would like to SEE with their creations - to have a designer make an outfit that is designed to go with their creation, instead of the other way around? What do jewelers dream about?

I am pleased to annouce that I will be participating in Etheria. The designer I chose to work with is Betty Doyle of Ingenue. Her clothes are so classy and stylish. I love the vintage look of them all. Her outfits and my jewelry always go very well together.

New Main Store

Estela Parx, model and designer, is having a Main Store Opening party today at noon SLT. Her store has a variety beautiful shapes. Today she will present new shapes for the girls and guys. I love her store build. It has a certain charm about it. The inside displays the shapes well and directs your eyes right to the items. You'll have to come to the party to see what I'm talking about!

Redesigned and revised for 2010. These faberge sets now have sculpted prims and the necklace is resizeable (1 script resizer). The jewelry and egg is transferable. Rez the faberge egg and on touch it will open/close.

Ingenue's Lilium Limited Edition Valentine's Pack shoes are today's SLDD. Don't you just love the colors! Betty has been doing such a wonderful job with her shoes. I love them all. But these are my favorite and I couldn't wait to have them. There will only ever be 100 sets of this Lilium shoe color combo. Today they are L$525 if you get them through the SLDD special. The Lilium shoes are resizeable, but that wasn't necessary for me at all. Most of us have learned to make our feet size 0.

Wow this is really hard to show. I promise I was wearing a skin in 04, but they weren't like todays. Not one bit. The only prim hair I can remember were buns on top of Linden hair. I have worse pictures from 2003, but you're eyeballs would hate you. And you need them to see my pretty jewelry. This is from an untouched snapshot (besides I cropped out a lot of tree). I made that shirt too :p I think Nicola Escher made me this skin.



This is me now. Touched up but still even if it wasn't 100% improvement. I went from Starley skins to MOJO. I mainly wear hair from Truth now.


Ok here it is. *embarrassed* The earlier shot I wasn't going to show. So I'm dragging innocents in with me. Nicola Escher, Fizik Baskerville, and Caroline Apollo at the opening of Avalon. The first island to be auctioned in SL. Sorry it's so tiny but it came from a snapshot I found in my inventory.

Three vintage key charm necklaces are already in my store on the sim Lo Lo. Heart, Simple, and Fleur de lis. Keys are mysterious. What will it open? And some say they are the key to one's heart. These keys are scripted with color change. Black, Silver, Gold, and Rose are the choices. Also, they each have a resize script in case the fit isn't perfect. Today is my 6th rezday. Unbelievable to myself even. The Heart Vintage Key Necklace is my gift to you today (in store only/copy only). Thank you for 6 fun years!

Jewelry Fair 2009

Jewelry Fair 2009 is underway. This is the first year that the fair is being held on two sims. The sim is decorated in four seasons (spring, summer, winter, fall) and built as a maze. This way you will not miss one of the over 100 jewelers represented here. Remember to check out the drunking booth, kissing booth, and the auction.

Look for JewelryFair 1 and JewelryFair 2 on the map.

(Caroline's) Baby Turtle Jewelry Sets

Turtles, Jade, and Opal have all been linked to several countries believing these bring good luck. Let's hope it brings you some luck too.

Only available as September Group Gift. A thank you gift for my in world group. This broach is currently not for sale.

Cameos are timeless. They have been worn by Catherine the Great, Empress Josephine, and Queen Victoria. Empress Josephine brought them back into style during her time with Napoleon. Queen Victoria was also known to have worn cameo jewelry often and gave them as gifts.

This cameo broach is like having ten broaches in one. Scripted to change the cameo face on touch and to turn the Bright effect on or off.
