For Rent: 1/4 to 1/2 sim. It would be really awesome if a designer or two would want to set up shop here. The fees are less than what you would pay LL a month, and you have abilities as if you were on the mainland. Very low lag tropical island. Visit Lo Lo to read the covenant.
